The introduction of limitations on Starlink connectivity includes a speed cap on moving terminals, which is designed to hinder Russian operators from maintaining control over their drones in real-time. Despite Ukraine's previous dependence on Starlink for communication during the war, officials are now preparing to implement a whitelist of approved Starlink terminals to ensure that only registered devices can operate within the country.
