The rapper, 31 years old, is accused of repeatedly raping and assaulting a 20‑year‑old fan during a 2024 performance at a Perth nightclub and later in his hotel room.
In the first trial, Yung Filly denied all ten charges. He was acquitted of one assault, one strangulation and was found not guilty on three separate rape claims. However, the court found him guilty of two assault counts – for which sentencing is scheduled after the retrial.
